Vegan Filet au Fiorenzo at Hyatt Regency Orlando — Avis de sofihuasteca (5 sept. 2024)

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando last weekend and I was surprised and impressed by the vegan food options inside the hotel.
There were plenty of dining options within the hotel including B Line and Fiorenzo.
Fiorenzo is italian fine dining which is where I got to try the vegan steak. The creativity and presentation of the dish was amazing and it was very good. It was around $50.00, so not the most afforable but worth the try once if you can. It was topped with some sort of vegan herb butter and came in a bed of veggies.
Everything is clearly labelled on the menu as vegan and servers are helpful in making adjusments to salads and other options to make them vegan if requested.
