Back at our local Indian vegetarian restaurant. They have a #byob policy and prices are reasonable. The food is cooked to order and is consistently good.
I broke out and ordered something different this time #peasdosa It was a crisp on the outside dosa wrapped around a firmly packed filling of peas and aloo (potato) Very nourishing. Accompanied by tomato chutney/ nice and spicy - and #sambar - a dal dish cooked with vegetables and turmeric.
This restaurant is thriving decades after it opened and even with many restaurants around it in competition. Hooray for good vegan food 🌱

Are there alot of Indian restaurants in your area?
No, there’s a real mix. In fact Jai Krishna was one of the only restaurants in this area when I came to live here in the 80s It has been consistently good all that time 🌱
