Soy puff and karapincha (i.e. curry leaf) croquettes, a Sri Lankan-inspired dish slightly reminiscent of Middle Easten falafels. Fluffy interior encased in crunchy breadcrumbs, nicely contrasted against the creamy and savoury green pea cashew emulsion dip. 🍛🌿🫛 Swipe right ➡️ for that close-up action shot! 📸 Taste-wise this was right up my alley!!
