I can’t tell you how excited I was when one of my favorite restaurants opened up close to my house. They had a location originally about 35 or 40 minutes away from my house, but they recently opened a stones throw away. this is 100% vegan and gluten-free restaurant. The menu is packed with delicious options this pizza while it looks very simple. It’s just a packed with flavor. Don’t skip the herb oil. I ordered it on the side because I don’t recall having it in the past, but when I dipped the slice and I wanted to pour it on top because it was just crazy delicious now it is a gluten-free crust so it does tend to be a little bit on the harder Side, but it doesn’t take away from the flavor
