Măng xào sườn non~ YAS I'M BACK AGAIN 😂 Enjoyed the tender and naturally mildly sweet bamboo shoots, sautéed alongside chilli, cilantro, and crispy deep-fried yuba sticks (in lieu of pork ribs in the traditional version of the dish)! 🌶️🍖 Savoury and spicy although admittedly rather greasy - hope there can be a less oily version hehe.
