This is my kinda food. This #burger was a new addition and chef choice for the day. Chef Bema made the #seitansteak himself and was so proud to present this to me, explaining everything in detail.
The 📸 is not doing it any justice. It was more than delicious. When we swapped plates, we both could not decide which one is the best, but I will review the second dish later.
The #seitan was grilled with the outer layer being crispy. It was topped with fried #onions, melting vegan #cheddar and #gherkins. I enjoyed every bite.
We went through to Ashers to meet Trojan, a 20 year old Arabian 🐎. I could not believe how gentle he was with me, and yet human abuse showed on his beautiful skin. Trojan passed away a week later. I am thankful that he walked the rainbow bridge from Ashers, it helps to know that he was loved and taken care of, and that he knew it as well.
