How do you deep fry a #watermelon, you ask? I have no idea! But it worked 🤤
This was the absolute winner of Pittsburgh #vegfest. The dough tasted just like a sweet donut and it was drizzled with a super sweet vanilla #icing. The watermelon inside was piping hot and gave a nice, unique texture differential to the dough ball. @lizmaselli wanted to split an order of 3, but I needed all of these to myself 😅 A little pricey at $10 but totally worth it.
