Two blocks of #organic #smokedtofu
I am used to the firm smoked #tofu from lidl which is brittle enough to mash it with a fork so was shocked how hard and unmashable this one was. The skin was like a strongest shield and the tofu underneath it also super firm in a gummy way. I guess it’s an advantage in some recipies, just not the one I wanted to use it for 🫠
Taste is greate though, reminded me of #smoked chicken
Costs 4€ so still way more expensive than the one from lidl
