🇺🇦🥟 This #plantbased 🌱restaurant/bakery is owned and run by women refugees from #ukraine in central #london. The presentation is just exquisite 🤩for these #vareniki or Ukrainian #dumplings. This place is heavily #glutenfree but I was given a choice if I wanted my Varenyky gluten free or not which is lovely. I chose to have gluten in mine as I don’t have an issue with that. Last time I had the #cabbage 🥬version which I loved and was craving again but I wanted to get something new #forthedollar. It was fantastic that the staff member then shared you can mix two flavors on one plate, woo hoo! The pale ones are the cabbage which I think I prefer. The green are the #spinach 🌿of course filled with #cheese 🧀but there’s a kind of spinach purée on the plate as well as #sourcream for dipping and edible flowers 🌸to brighten your day. It’s such a delight and smelled divine as well. It’s not cheap but rents will be very high here in Covent Garden.
They have a pastry case full of #glutenfree treats like eclairs and tarts. There’s also croissant 🥐and almond croissant but those aren’t gluten free. I haven’t tried the croissants yet but I prefer their hot food and would like to try lots more of it. It’s also very child and pet 🐶friendly and they are usually open morning 🌅and night 🌓which is convenient. The staff are super warm, kind, and friendly. Please support this fabulous place to try some #traditionalfood from Ukraine or some decadent #vegantreats for your #sweettooth. #saveveganrestaurants #veganrestaurant #veganbakery #veganlondon #londoneats #standwithukraine
