I think there was something wrong with mine, because it does NOT look like other photos 🥲 I feel like my package might have been frozen first as the texture was really weird and not what I expected. Very crumbly rather than firm and creamy. It also didn’t melt whatsoever when cooked in the air fryer.
Received as part of a gift hamper, I definitely wouldn’t buy again based off this experience. I have some Imber’s Pantry mozzarella in the fridge to try which I have high hopes for.
