Verde Tofu Flatbread au Melt Revival - An Eclectic Cafe — Avis de Liz Maselli (22 juil. 2024)

This flatbread was super delicious. I ended up eating it in the car on the way home. 🤣 I ordered this thinking it was more of a side dish, but it come as an actual entrée and a perfect appetizer to share. It also comes with either a side of chips and salsa or house salad. This flatbread was one of my favorite things I've eaten lately. It normally comes with chicken, but you can substitute that with either #mushrooms, #seitan or #tofu 🌿 I ordered tofu. 😋 The flatbread itself was perfect. Super thick, soft and chewy. This verde tofu was super flavorful with basil pepita pesto, artichoke hearts, zucchini, sun-dried tomato, arugula, #dairyfree cheese and a balsamic drizzle glaze. I loved this. It was a super great price at only $13 for such a good hearty size. It was really a standout!
