BBQ ‘Pork’ Buns au Green Gourmet — Avis de Madeleine (18 juil. 2024)

My god these were good. I still to this day have no idea what they used as the BBQ “pork” smothered in that hoisin sauce but it was top-tier. The unbleached wheat and rye buns were soft and dangerously delectable. They both were well presented too, coming out steaming hot in their little steamer basket. I could eat about 50 of these in one sitting. Absolutely delicious.
