this #vegandonut was #refreshing and #light ! a fried donut, filled with #veganwhippedcream and #lemoncurd , and topped with #powderedsugar .. yum!
it was pretty tasty overall. the #lemon #curd was very well made and had a tangy flavor! the #whippedcream was also expertly made. very good texture and consistency. the powdered sugar was a nice touch! the limiting factor was actually the #donut itself. i feel like the donut was a little dry, and i could definitely taste whatever it was fried in a little more than i’d like to.
despite that, i think i’d still order this one again because that lemon curd and whipped cream were both very good!
