Flanín el niño du Maizena — Avis de fivefeetvegan (12 juil. 2024)

I admit it's been in our house forever, but it still works just as well. It makes a delicious custard when mixed with any plant milk; I use an unsweetened one since this is already sweet, but that's a personal preference. I'd only buy it to make vanilla custard (or Spanish 'natillas') since I don't seem to get the crème caramel (or 'flan') quite right.

It's available almsot anywhere in Spain.
