Pretty good! While i do think i prefer soy based products for the taste/texture this is obviously more local and environmentally friendly being oat based and all. Used a splash in my vegan cottage cheeze (crumbled tofu+soygurt+salt) for added richness and that was very nice! Over all not a bad product 🌾🤷🏻♀️
