I finally found soy curls!
Many of the recipes in the newest Edgy Veg and my Vegan Richa Instant Pot cookbooks call for soy curls and I was having a hard time finding them locally in #ottawa. I found them at Natural Food Pantry and tried them out in a few pasta and Indian dishes.
One bag goes a long way. The texture was not my omni partner’s favourite but I thought it was fine for replacing chicken and adding some protein. I would buy again, though it might not be an everyday staple in my diet.
