This was an interesting take on #veganchickenandwaffles. Instead of a meat substitute like seitan, they used #mushrooms. They were nicely fried and crispy, but it was an odd flavor combination with the #waffles and #maplesyrup in my opinion. I prefer seitan chicken and waffles, but I'll give them props for uniqueness. It was a bit overpriced at $19 as well.
