Sticky Toffee Pudding au Wulf & Lamb — Avis de alisonsstar (25 juin 2024)

🍮🇬🇧I sold Chelsea and this place so well my partner wanted to come the next weekend. He couldn’t resist trying this #stickytoffee #pudding and I was totally game. The pudding was nice and no sultanas. The cream was like a squirty cream or whipped cream which was a new one for us. Normally this is served with custard or my partner prefers that. The #toffee sauce was at the bottom and I agreed it was too minimal and really should be poured over the top so it’s drowning in the golden molten lava. 🌋

We were here at about 4pm on a Sunday and got to enjoy the quiet luxury of the upstairs dining room mostly to ourselves while it was busy and bustling downstairs and outside. I was gobsmacked that the dessert prices had all increased since the weekend before by 30p. This was £8.25. It’s crazy posh around this neighbourhood and we’d just come from Farmacy in Notting Hill where the desserts were almost all double the price. Happy to pay that price to support an #allveganrestaurant. Just reading that Cafe Van Gogh closed. 😭We really need to #saveveganrestaurants. #veganrestaurant #veganlondon #londoneats #dessert
