I haven’t found a ready made bacon that I like so I was thrilled to find this at Sprouts. First the good: it tastes reminiscent of bacon, and is obviously much better for you. I liked the flavor a lot. I also like the relatively simple ingredient list and it cooks very quickly. The not-so-good: as you can see it fell apart while trying to separate the pieces. If you are very, very careful, you probably can get the slices out in one piece. I don’t remember how much it cost, but I think it was fairly pricey for the small amount you get. That said, I would definitely buy these again.
