This #wakame salad can be found in the #frozen section at #mercadona. It does taste and look like the same type of #salad you might find at a restaurant. It is easy to prepare, just thaw and serve. However, the Yuka app points out that the colorant #additives E102 and E133 can have negative effects on children with ADHD (the packaging warns about about E102 but says nothing about 133). What might be the effect on adults? Do we really need blue and yellow additives to color over a natural product?
It is good on fiber and is low on calories, sugar and saturated fat. However I won't be purchasing it again based on my learning about the additives.
