I’m obsessed with #vietnamesefood and really anything #vietnamese flavours core because they have the right balance of yum with #pretendingtobehealthy 😋 Especially given all the #chillioil in this! They seem to put #parsley — not #coriander in their dishes so it may be safe for the embarrassing soap gene goths 🧼 @m1tch9i liked it!
I haven’t had this in an eternity so I forgot how #umami it was! Plenty #tofu and #beancurd in here plus this awesome dried #veganbeef thing I’m pretty sure I sourced in Penang before but haven’t since seen it forever 😣 It’s so good!

i was thinking that didn't have the work evil saw blade of cilantro. parsley has a much more inviting leaf shape. i could be biased 🚫🌱
