These are bite sized blocks of tofu that have a very light coating. They are just barely crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside. They come with a hot sauce and a more mild, creamy sauce so you can choose how to dip. It's a nice, light appetizer, the flavor by itself is just kind of mild tofu, it's the sauce that really helps make up the taste.
