this is such a fun mix - #brusselssprouts, red #cabbage, #kale… who could complain!? i really like this mix of #veggies for many purposes, including #coleslaw, sautéed, and eaten raw massaged with the dressing of choice. i love making some sort of #slaw with an apple cider vinegar dressing. yum 🙏
i’m surprised i haven’t reviewed this before now because this is a fridge staple (or at least it would be if i lived closer than 45 minutes from a #traderjoes … it’s a fridge staple at heart)
one important note! these #vegetables are fresh, and that means once you open the bag they’re on a limited lifespan. eat them fast, or you’ll find them a little browner than you would like them 🥲
