Tried to replicate a dish I had in Madagascar a few years back. It wasn't the same, but still very yummy!
Coconut cream, a mix of beans, caramelized onions, cabbage, turmeric, Knorrox chicken stock, and basil from the garden. Delish!!

sounds yum except for the knor chicken stock - not vegan 🙈 the ina paarman chicken stock powder is vegan so a much better alternative 😊
