I obviously prefer tofu-maxing by ordering a main plus a 6 piece set of this https://www.abillion.com/dishes/de-grain-vegetarian-cafe-emerald-tofu-set-of-6-10362930 but I was with my brother and he wanted the fried #oystermushroom instead 🍄‍🟫 I love how they mix vegetables into the #beancurd! 🥬

It does come with a plating of seasonal vegetables too, cooked in #ginger 🫚 The store is #alliumfree after all but unfortunately not #eggfree or #dairyfree 🥱 Kuching is just a bit behind the likes of Penang when it comes to their Buddhist or Jain options ✌️
