Next level wordplay 💪 No meat and no bones here, only #mushroom 😋 #shiitake #enoki and #oystermushroom, to be exact 🙂 They go alongside the #fucuk and #tofu as well as some #blackfungus and #goji berries to create a reasonably varied #tea #broth, which had a nice herbal pepperiness 😋 Served with a side of #whiterice as #bakkutteh usually is. And a pack of soy sauce + cut chilli that makes everything better 🙂

They choose to deliver the soup in a plastic pot rather than a pouch tied together with string (as others often do). I often complain that the latter makes it harder to dole out the soup, but then looking at what the hot soup does to the structural integrity of a recyclable plastic container here is also a bit 😬
