Paella De Verduras Con Boletos au Masusa paella bar — Avis de Madeleine (3 juin 2024)

Although it’s not labelled as such, this is vegan! It comes with a mixture of pimientos de Padrón, brócoli, green beans, artichoke hearts, carrot, tomato, red and green capsicum, and huge beans similar to Lima beans.

The flavour was incredible. The taste factor was through the roof, almost in a suspicious way where you question it. Like, ‘How on earth did they achieve this flavour without some sort of enhancer or MSG or something secret??’
Although it was extremely flavoursome it was also extremely oily and greasy, with no classic socarrat on the bottom which is the hallmark of a good, authentic paella.
This was bad for purists but very good for tourists and those who don’t know any better.
