What's not to love about a vegan dumpling?! This gyoza was fantastic, with a gooey dough covered in a nice crisp. Filled with carrots, cabbage, leeks, carrots, onion, and garlic, these felt light and filling at the same time. Paired with the dipping sauce, these were definitely a win.
