Ramen noodles with bok choy, carrot, and a thicc katsu cutlet coated in breadcrumbs. 🍜🥬🥕 Spiciness level customisable. 🌶️ Personally I found the soup somewhat plain and unexciting; perhaps adding some soy milk would have elevated the creaminess and tastiness! I was a fan of the toothsome cutlet but would have liked other toppings such as corn kernels, black fungus, mushrooms, or possibly even OnlyEg 'poached egg' as a vegan 'ramen egg'~ (Allium-free option available, $14.80) #sgvegan #japanesefood #japanese
