It’s a Thai tamarind peanut 🥜curry 🥘with spicy🌶️ pineapple 🍍lime 🍋🟩leaf sambal, crispy fried shallots, and rice 🍚noodles. Mildred’s once did a fair amount of raw food, so I’m wondering if this is one of their raw items. If not, I’m somewhat tempted to venture back into London with a friend bearing similar intention to deconstruct and raw-ify it! 🤭
