Tofu Poke Bowl au Pura Vida — Avis de Veggie Meg (6 mai 2024)

We spent the weekend on #saltspringisland and were thrilled to find a few vegan options!! This food truck was called Pura Vida which was a fun throwback to our trip to Costa Rica earlier in the year. We got the Tofu Poke Bowl which had vegan pesto aioli, lots of tofu, sushi rice, avocado, mango, edamame, tomatoes and more fresh veg.
