This tasty cup uses #gofio (Canary Island toasted corn flour) and #oatmeal as its base and can serve as a healthy dessert, breakfast or power snack! It was creamy similar to #chocolatemousse but with tender oatmeal and nuts in it as well. The toppings of #chocolatechips, #nuts and #berries amplified the texture and flavor profile. It's a pity that it is served in a plastic container - this is premade in a refrigerated section of the café.

This spot is well worth a stop if you are passing through Corralejo, offering juices, bowls, assorted breakfast items, sandwiches and coffee. They have a few vegan options in each category, clearly marked with signage. #soymilk, #oatmilk and #almondmilk are available for your beverages.
