Vegan Choila au The White Lotus Cafe — Avis de jrbt (30 avr. 2024)

Choila is a traditional Nepali dish typically made with marinated grilled meat but the vegan version could have tofu or tempeh instead. This one was quite meaty and mildly spicy with flavours from spices like cumin, coriander and chilli powder.
Beaten rice is a common accompaniment to balance out the flavour and add an extra crunch.
Totally worth it!
