This is my first time trying whitening strips. Honestly I was skeptical at first that the whitening strips would actually work but the results are real…my teeth were REALLY stained prior to the process! I didn’t even realize it…The before and after pictures don’t lie! Haha.
It’s a 14 day process with an hour of the strips on your teeth followed by a brushing. The kit comes with tooth whitening toothpaste as well. I am glad I committed to the process as it’s takes time to plan when to do it but overall it was worth it - I could probably use another round or two to lighten up the current shade or for maintenance. 👍
