#sweetandsour veggies with tofu! Pretty easy to do well I think, especially when you add #pineapple. I really loved the array of veggies which were all cooked really well. I don’t know if this is just a Cambodian thing, but they often put tomato in their stir fry dishes. Definitely unique for me but I don’t mind it! The tofu was nicely marinated and chewy, making for an overall flavourful dish!
