Carbonara au Haiku — Avis de Valentina (18 avr. 2024)

Pasta carbonara from our first night in #Palermo: Haiku was one of the only 5 vegan restaurants in the city, and it was pretty fancy. We had two first dishes (pasta and ravioli), the pasta itself in this dish was delish and the sauce very eggy. Also it was paired with excellent shredded cheese which I believe being Sayve cheese, which is one of my favourites that I always buy in Italy.
Right place for date night🍝✨
