This was incredibly delicious. I'm surprised it hasn't appeared in the dish list for this restaurant. I adore the fact that they used what looks to be a repurposed escargot serving dish. I'm not sure what to make of the presentation but overall I was impressed in person. I wouldn't remove any pesto for it to look more presentable.
