noodle salad - substitute tofu au Tai's Asian Bistro — Avis de Liz Maselli (15 avr. 2024)

This portion was MASSIVE. I really wanted something cool and fresh, and it was great that they could modify this dish and make this #veganfriendly for us. It does come with chicken and shrimp, but I had those taken off, and they substituted fried #tofu instead. This salad had a large base of both iceberg lettuce and spring mix, a huge portion of rice noodles, cucumber, bean sprouts, peanuts, and a vinegerette sauce. I might ask for #avocado added next time. Again, for $13, this serving was massive. It comes out on a platter. They've really gotten better over the year with vegan substitutions and options. They dining room is nice, and being close to campus, it's always busy!
