Loved the blueberry sorbet core hidden within the vanilla ice-cream! Tangy and not too icy. 🫐🍦 Encased in a dairy-free chocolate shell dotted with crunchy cookie bits. 🍫🍪 Strangely the superfood spirulina was also indicated in the ingredients list, although I didn't detect its taste. 🌿 What I found interesting was that instead of simply swapping to a plant mylk dairy alternative, they used a creamy emulsion of coconut oil, pea protein (?!), and sweeteners. 🌴🥥 Part of the new mood-inspired range, with this flavour apparently making reference to the feeling of relaxation. 😌 Hopefully in the future, there will be more vegan flavours with surprise sorbet cores launched in this mood-inspired series! 🌈 (I certainly have many moods if any R&D person needs help looking for ideas lmao 🤡) (Purchased during an SG NTUC Fairprice promo of 2 boxes for $15.10~ ✨ U.P. 1 box of 3 sticks for $12.11) #sgvegan #sgdessert #icecream #veganicecream
