
Original mix of dried fruit ➡️ almonds + diced dried figs + sweetened dried cranberries + cashews + sunflower seeds 🌻delicious, with a pleasant sweet-salty flavour, really energetic and ideal for fitness 🤸♂️ at least 1 hour of running to consume the 493 calories per 100 grams 😆 but I eat it as snack or breakfast before going to the office without running 😉
