Double sourdough grilled toast with a crunchy crust!! 🍞🥪 The sandwich came stacked with creamy scrambled tofu 'egg' with truffle mayonnaise, juicy sliced shiitake mushrooms sautéed in garlic and truffle oil, as well as melted @violife cheddar and mozzarella #vegancheese. 🍳🍄🧀 Fragrant, rich, and indulgently ooey gooey without being overwhelmingly cloying. I'm telling the truff when I say I absolutely loved this! 💯 And it may sound cheesy, but I'm touched each time I see people (both people developing products / recipes and people consuming them) make a conscious choice to enjoy cruelty-free egg and dairy alternatives. 💚 (Contains alliums, $12.90) #sgvegan #womenowned #minorityowned
