Fist time having this dish. Amazing textured. Nice leafy crunch with every bite! I recommend getting a second ramekin of the dill sauce. One is enough, but if you are a sauce person you will enjoy dipping with every bite. The kale chips are always the perfect side for a nice added zesty flavor 🌱🫶
