Moong Dal Curry au Jai Krishna — Avis de sianski (4 avr. 2024)

Moong Dal Curry is a good dish to combine with other curries. It’s nutritious being high in protein and known for aiding digestion and lowering blood sugar levels.
Jai’s version is a nice consistency, thick with moong beans but cooked in plenty of ‘gravy’.
It’s mildly spiced and worked well as a contrast to the hotter Chana masala we chose.
