I saw this shown on a FB friend's timeline back in December and knew I needed to try it!

It's really tasty with rice noodles, cabbage, and tofu. The flavor was light and yummy. It did feel a bit greasy as many of their meals do so be cautious if you are sensitive to grease like me. My kids greatly enjoyed this dish as well, finishing off the left overs at lunch today.
