Notice the zero veggies in this picture? That is the result of having 3 smaller than you humans that you answer to, #vegankids. My daughters pick around the veggies in this dish and waste so much we get it without veggies. Their Phad Thai is not spicy at all. Growing up in Washington State where you give 1 to 3 ⭐ for spice level, ordering a 3 and then sweating your way through the meal is what my husband and I are used to, that will not happen here. However, the flavor is spot on and so you can forgive the fact that your face isn't melting.
