A delicious subtle? light? vanilla oat based ice cream. Cookie texture is unfortunately soggy and soft. Chocolate chips are present but not as abundant as perhaps promised.
Anyway #icecream sandwiches are a fun way to consume ice cream without excessively sticky fingers. And you get cookies 😄🍪🍦🍪
