these were some stellar sausages! i was really impressed with the apple maple flavor, and i could definitely taste the sweet and savory flavor instead of it just tasting like “meat” or “sausage.” i really liked the flavor and found that these went great with a bit of extra maple syrup too!
for cooking these, i got lazy and ended up air frying them until i felt like they were cooked. i don’t know if that affected the texture at all, but my only slight issue with these sausages is the texture. they were less springy than expected and i feel like they could have been more accurate to sausage texture. it didn’t bother me enough to prevent me from eating them, but it was the one thing that i noticed about them that wasn’t super great.
overall i would recommend these sausages for the delicious taste, but there are probably ones a little closer in texture that exist out there. personally, i’d buy them again!
