Review of Quesadilla: Al pastor at Rojo's Mexican Food by sofihuasteca

First time trying Rojo's in #seattle, a #fullyvegan #mexican restaurant. These #quesadillas had perfecrlt melted cheese with your choice of protein of asada, chicken, carnitas or al pastor. The flour tortilla was perfectly golden and came with three large quesdadillas.
