Review of Buldak Hot Chicken Flavour Giant Dumpling - Samyang Foods by aishahalattas

SPICE WARNING 🌶️ 🥵 ⚠️ Definitely not for the faint of heart. I’d consider myself to have quite a high tolerance for spice and enjoy quite the chili kick, but this was next next next level. I must say that I’ve never tried their famous noodle version of this, so perhaps I would’ve known better if I did. Generously filled and a good mixture of vegan minced chicken and cabbage, but the spice just took away any other possible flavour profile there could’ve been in there. I also usually like to have my dumplings with some sort of chili sauce but there was absolutely no way I could’ve added that here, which made eating the dumplings on its own a little dry for my liking. My stomach also suffered quite a bit the morning after as a result, so those sensitive to spice be warned! I will continue to suffer just for the sake of finishing up the package but will not be purchasing again. To those who can eat this without flinching, y’all aren’t human 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽
