Such good #Sourdoughbread, #chickpeas, #smashedavocado, #lemonbalsamic, #pickledredonions, #romatomato, and #cucumber.

This is described as the “perfect energy food to keep you going” and I would have to agree. As an egg salad alternative, with similar textures and a medley of flavours, it tantalizes the senses.
